THE OPPORTUNITYWorking with our Product Delivery Manager and partnering with development teams, the Technical Product Analyst will investigate issues, recommend solutions, and train users on how best to use our sales and support tools. Under the mentorship of senior members of the global BI Technical Product team, you will support Sales Operations Managers and other end users while identifying new business requirements and acceptance criteria for system solutions that will improve user experience. You will refine these requirements and prepare the development team to deliver successful solutions. Your regular engagement with system users will guide Business Intelligence solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Partners with a senior product team and stakeholders to address reported issues and route to development teams as appropriate. You will be on the front lines working with end users to resolve business challenges they face.- Work internally within a matrixed, BI Technical Product organization, as well as with various cross-functional teams at Adobe to implement and support technology solutions.- Establish and improve product documentation for end users, supplementing as new functionality and models are released.- Learn new platforms and proprietary workflows regularly while growing to influence those workflows and become a trusted advisor.- Report on issue trends and resolution statistics.- Contribute to the system backlog, gathering defects and enhancement requests. Collect and prioritize key business requirements for system solutions and implementations. You will groom requirements and help guide the development team to deliver system solutions.- Support User Acceptance Testing with business testers.- Navigate workflows that include integrations across multiple enterprise business systems.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology subject area, preferably including course work related to data management and information systems.- Technical skillset and a passion for learning and growth in this area.- Experience in a professional technology firm environment working with business intelligence tools and supporting end user workflows.- Experience in business intelligence tools such as MS SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps, Flow, Excel, and Anaplan is a plus.- Be a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.- Ability to operate with mentorship on new projects.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Attention to detail, balanced with the ability to distill complex issues down to the essentials.- Ability to work as part of a team, and act as a subject matter specialist to meet high-reaching goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.- Maintain a high energy and positive outlook, with a contagious sense of humour that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business.- Experience working with data related to incentive compensation management, sales territories, and quota is a plus.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,600 -- $128,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
