The primary focus of this role is to cultivate the Program Office for current and future large scale transformation programs delivered by Adobe Professional Services. The role is a strategic leader who drives our Program team working on the specific Customer Digital Transformations using Adobe’s Experience Cloud. We are seeking a problem solver and organization developer —someone creative enough to design compelling programs that will scale, with management and organization change skills to put those programs into effect, and with business and operational savvy to bring together and report effectively. What you'll Do Deploy and lead all aspects of the Program Methodology and operations for the Project, Program and Delivery Leaders on our Transformational Program to ensure successful deliveryLead a team of up to 500 people who focus on the Digital Transformation at a customer using Adobe’s portfolio of products and solutions. Ensure teams deliver efficiently via strong operational focus, capability development, and alignment with key internal, customer and partner collaboratorsResponsible for the elaboration of engagement model and methodologies that ensure the success of our largest Professional Service program through partnership with the Professional Services PMOMaintain standards around scope, budget and timeline to ensure agreed profitability for the program as deliveredCollaborate with Program Executive leaders with the information needed to assess and prioritize action based on value, impact and strategic alignment. Support executive leadership with clear articulation of the actions and recommended path to resolution.Partner with the Professional Services PMO on standards, tools and processes available to support the continued success of the programWhat you need to succeed 10+ years of Program/PMO Director level or above experience in growing Software or SaaS organization scaling for Enterprise customersStrong background of leading large scale programs centered around digital transformation Be an inspiring leader and shown success in large-scale transformations. Strong change agent both internally and with our customersSelf-motivated, accountable, and passionate about exceeding customer expectationsExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written in EnglishAbility to convey sophisticated ideas and influence customer, partners and colleagues at an executive levelCollaborate with other senior leaders to achieve shared program outcomesExpertise to constructively engage with program leadership to help shape the project delivery and success as an advocate for our customersOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $201,000 -- $321,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
