As a member of our customer care team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission by delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.Our NPM porting team has the responsibility to process all change requests to the phone numbers directly in the carrier or inside the PBX and port in all the incoming requests through our buckets. Follow strictly the procedures and work with weekly KPIs and internal SLA. It’s necessary flexibility to adapt to the workload since our company is always on constant improvement and it’s adding new features and APIs to our end users which sometimes means adding more buckets to our daily duties. Your Day to Day As a Number Processing Manager, you would be working on Process all types of ports --- Using Fusion, Salesforce, and carriers’ portals.Create or update any feature such as CID/411/E911 to existing or new phone numbers --- Using our Internal tools.Changes on PBX such as CID, Company Name Change, and PBX Moves --- The representative will interact with different platforms to complete the different requests. Purchase of new numbers, Cancellation of existing numbers, Account Cancellation (once it has been confirmed by the correct department) --- The representative will interact with different platforms to complete the different requests.
