Expect to jump-over a raised bar.Digital Delivery Operations (DDO) is one of the fastest growing teams within the Contractual Customer Services organization.  Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business focusing on contractual sDaaS servicing offerings and internal HP employees. Job scope/summary:The technical intern will support various service enablement and automation projects and will help the Technical Team within the DDO Cross-functional organization to deliver key capabilities and tools to support our commercial accounts and HP employees. The role will be part of a broader interns community within the DDO organization and Sofia site.Job specifics/responsibilities:Support the DDO Program Management Office for various commercial enablement projectsSupport DDO Project managers on the development and execution of strategic and tactical projectsSupport DDO Technical team to develop customer facing and internal toolsSupport custom Sharepoint design and developmentSupport RPAs planning and implementationDevelop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectationsProvide analytical and reporting supportKey deliverables/accountabilities:Manage a funnel of RPAs to be developed by the organization, and help document requirementsManage PC Lifecycle capabilities enablement to support commercial customersDocumenting problem statement, business justification, project scope and project workstreamsSupport the enablement of service capabilities within DDOSupport the technical development of tools and applications for customer service deliveryOutlining project risks, dependencies, and next steps; managing issues trackerSupporting development and adherence to the project budgetEducation (degree) and professional experience required:Be current regular university student (preferably 4th year in university)Experience in virtual team environmentOther requirements:Fluent EnglishOther foreign languages knowledge would be an assetPersonal skills and qualities: Strong customer communication   Strong organizational skills Strong problem definition and problem solving skills Positive can-do attitude, innovative thinkingMotivated, Ready to work in global environmentBasic knowledge in MS Office tools, Teams, Zoom, otherKey business & technical skills/aspirations:Interest in Project/Program Management  interest in Service Delivery ManagementInterest in RPAs and Service AutomationInterest in IT management, IT company, PC delivery, processes and toolsWhat do we offer:Additional medical insuranceLife insuranceAdditional days paid leaveFood vouchersWellness program (incl.
