Acquisition Marketing LeaderDescription -Responsibilities:Leads creation of marketing plans and budgets that deliver impact to business.Leverages market insights and category product/solution roadmaps to develop customer segmentation and audience strategies to differentiate HP in customer journey.Leads design and execution of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverages paid, earn and owned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.Leads execution across all marketing plan deliverables and milestones with cross-functional teams.Leads marketing and campaign managers in the development and execution of marketing plan deliverables and milestones.Acts as subject matter expert across customer segments, markets, and countries to develop new marketing strategies and approaches to accelerate HP success in priority categories and new businesses.Acts as subject matter expert with junior team members to advance team effectiveness and capability.Knowledge & Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence direct reports and virtual teams.Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.Ability to interface effectively with different management level.Strong influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills.Excellent management skills and ability to manage team across markets.Impact/Scope:Regular interface with HP and/or partner executive management and customers; extensive cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction to develop/execute coordinated GTM plans; deals with complex strategic and tactical issues.Complexity:High – Regular interface with HP and/or partner senior management and customers; extensive cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction to develop/execute coordinated GTM plans.Education & Experience:Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Master degree or equivalent preferred).10+ years of work experience in related field.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
