Business Operations AssociateDescription -The HP Partner Learning Support Team is the first and most important point of contact for vast audiences from Partners/Customers to HP Employees. Team responds to questions related to the HP Amplify Partner Program and any partner program requirements that require HP Amplify Partner certifications.Main responsibilities:Supports advanced and complex-level transactional processes for special or non- typical assignments independently.Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chatTroubleshoot problems and see them through to resolutionCreating documentation to help customers resolve their issues.Identifies complex, special, or undocumented areas for process improvement and collaborates with exempt-level employees to develop recommendations.Provides training and mentorship support; develops training/documentation materials.Monitors the execution of tasks performed by lower-level contributors.Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support of complex problems.Leads and coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and manages timelines.Manages the lifecycle of small to medium projects from development to implementation.Work with solution owners in creating contentDirects and assumes responsibility for the achievement of quality metrics as assigned.Knowledge and Skills: Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentialityExcellent planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.Solid communication skills (e.g. written & verbal) catered to a wide variety of audiencesStrong ability to learn new technology and concepts.Strong facilitation and engagement skills.Strong ability to gauge variances in learning styles within an audienceEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.Typically 0-2 years training or related experience.We love our work environment.
