Program Manager for DiagnosticsDescription -Program Manager Diagnostics & HP SmartRole SummaryDiagnostics forms a critical part of the Print Ecosystem, the spectrum of impact to the customers from diagnostics ranges from helping customers spend lower time on calls to HP ensuring that when a fault is detected the issue is resolved without customer intervention. Print Ecosystem has various initiatives across the spectrum to ensure every customer touch point can be positively influenced. The current diagnostics landscape consists of Predifix platform which is a customer support facing platform and the PrintScanDoctor platform which is a customer facing platform. HP Smart scope is an evolving one and will need close collaboration with the current HP Smart team.As a Program Manager for diagnostics, you would be responsible for strategizing the value proposition of creation of a diagnostics platform which can help significantly transform customer experiences. This includes possibilities of expanding the capabilities on the platform to reduce support cycle time as well as to ensure the overall calls itself are eliminated. The platform would need to support various touch points like the customer support tools, smart app and many more such customer experience touch points. As a Program Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring the platform is scalable, agile and meets the overall objective of delighting customers with an always working system.ResponsibilitiesStrategize the overall Diagnostics platform needs with an eye on various customer touch points.Partner with all the experience stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets and exceeds the requirements.Strategize and deliver on various Predifix and PSDr platform requirementsBuild a data driven platform for diagnostics working with the architects and key stake holdersDefine Key Perform Indicators for the Diagnostics Platform and enable significant positive swing in the KPIs.Translate the strategic objectives of the whole lifecycle of diagnostics to tactical deliverable requirements.Strategize to enable the most seamless and innovative way of convergence while keeping business up and running.Manage the stakeholder reporting of the progress on the requirementsPartner with architects and managers to ensure effective operating models between the teams.Drive the agile culture with alignment to common Print wide platform culture.Must Have SkillsDeep understanding of Print EcosystemsGood understanding of the customer support ecosystem and quality initiativesGood understanding of the DataOS and the stratus platforms to enable the diagnostics platformKeen ability to learn the latest industry advances in the diagnostics domainAbility to map fluently between business needs and technology possibilities to create results for the customers.Comfortable with Safe 5.0 Agile practices and champion the agile cultureComfortable with JIRA to ensure accurate work representation from requirements to deliveryComplexityHigh: Extensive cross-functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues.Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques.
