Director, Managed Services Order to Cash Process Re-Engineering.Description -Leads a strategic broad function/department within a multifaceted organization. Responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions to improve HP's Managed Services Order to Cash processes. Responsible for one or more recognized professional disciplines. Fully accountable for the success of the designated function or department. Influences strategy and sets policy and direction. Owns a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen. Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.Responsibilities:Directs business function, and/or region by setting overall program initiatives, allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of process and capability programs.Leads and directly manages a large process and capabilities improvement team to optimize HP's Order to Delivery capabilities.May be responsible for significant dotted-line employee responsibilities.Oversees HP Managed Services Order to Delivery Process Re-engineering project scope, prioritizes initiatives, and determines resource needs.Establishes and ensures effective Order to Delivery governance of projects and/or programs.Oversees the design and/or implementation of process and capability programs with broad workforce impact.Drives strategies and initiatives by exercising governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, requisition approval, resolution of high-impact disputes).Identifies consequences of decisions on a regional or global level and leads development of appropriate solutions.Partners with and influences key stakeholders at executive level on a weekly basis.Collaborates and negotiates with senior business leaders to resolve highly complex issues; represents HP to internal and external stakeholders, such as management and external clients, on all process and capability matters.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor degree in business administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.7-10 years of experience leading and growing a global client-service or customer-oriented function involving transformational initiatives and processes across multiple functions and geographies.7+ years of experience working within Customer Service or Order to Cash business processes.Extensive knowledge of industry best practices across the Sales Order to Cash areas and broad knowledge of financial management.Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, inventory management, warehouse, and distribution.Experience delivering E2E processes with in-sourced and out-sourced/service management components.Knowledge and Skills:Ability to plan and execute work that contributes to business results through an understanding of the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of the organization.Knowledge of SAP and key applications supporting core OTC processes.Strategic and forward thinking with the ability to drive execution to deliver results.Knowledge of industry best practices across the Managed Services Order to Cash areas.Exceptional financial and business acumen; in-depth business and industry knowledge.Advanced knowledge of business planning process within HP and current market practices and trends.Strong leadership and staff development and engagement skills and ability to build partnerships across various functions.Superior project management and prioritization skills.Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
