Monetization Partnerships, Senior ManagerDescription -Job Title: Ecosystem Partnership Senior Manager - Consumer PC Business Job Description: As the Senior Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships & Monetization, you will be responsible for the development and management of strategic partnerships, driving business growth and monetization strategies for HP's Consumer PC business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and execute partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement partnership strategies to enhance product offerings, drive revenue growth and expand market share.Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading tech companies, software developers, content providers, and other relevant partners.Drive the entire partnership process including identification, negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing partner management.Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure successful execution of partnership strategies.Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities.Develop and implement effective monetization strategies to maximize revenue from partnerships.Maintain strong relationships with partners and develop strategies to increase partner satisfaction and revenue contribution.Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership and monetization performance.Collaborate with the Audience Data team to leverage data insights and drive targeted on-device campaigns. This role involves strategizing and implementing initiatives that will drive conversion rates, increase the value of existing partnerships, and attract new ones. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to enhance their skills, encourage creativity, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles in the tech industry. Proven track record in developing and managing successful partnerships with measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of the consumer PC market and ecosystem. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a keen understanding of contract agreements. Excellent financial, analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to understand and analyze complex business models and financial data.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work and lead cross-functionally and influence without authority. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $157,000.00 -- $215,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
