P&C is committed to driving SmartBear’s initiatives around employee culture, engagement, learning and development, career and personal growth, and inclusion. While personally and professional growing, you will help the P&C team continue to build and deliver a dynamic global employee experience. Successful candidates are required to be on site in the Bangalore office min 3 days a week. About the role In this hands-on role, you will develop and execute learning solutions to support the rapid growth and success of SmartBear’s employees. You will build learning and development (L&D) content that drives high-volume, intensive learning opportunities specifically for Engineering staff. You will gather data from department leaders, subject matter experts, and the wider P&C team to build technical L&D learning solutions. You have experience building, launching and facilitating learning content for technical learners. You also have experience working with external learning partners across training, learning experience platforms, and content development and delivery.   Engage in discussions with managers to help support employee growth and development that aligns with organizational initiatives Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with leadership team and managers Develop and deliver programs specific to employee performance, skills, leadership development, and team growth within an Agile framework Create training guides and course materials Present training and development programs using various formats including group discussions, lectures, and virtual meetings Through enablement dashboards, track training and development data and metrics to help drive program performance and to identify high-potential candidates Act as a coach for participants during instructor-led training sessions where technical projects are included in the program Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development We are looking for you if you have: BA/ BS degree At least 6-8 years of employee training experience in an Engineering environment Experience leveraging data and implementing metrics to improve the program and measure learning effectiveness Highly organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced environment Strong English written and verbal communication skills with highly effective facilitation skills Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision makers internal/external to SmartBear Experience mentoring and coaching other Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and training platforms methods Why you should join the SmartBear crew: You can grow your career at every level.
