EMEA Marketing Manager   As PagerDuty’s EMEA Marketing Manager, you will be a self-driven, experienced individual generating sales pipeline across regional marketing programs. You will help support our integrated demand generation efforts across our products by activating campaigns and field programming to target defined audiences, generate new leads, working cross-functionally to nurture opportunities and track marketing pipeline.    You will be responsible for: Supporting the development and execution of regional marketing strategy for targeting Enterprise IT and Developer audiences across the EMEA region, with particular emphasis on the UKI market and growing territories such as Germany, France and Nordics. Planning and executing regional marketing programs that generate new leads with both customer and prospect audiences and move sales opportunities to close. Building and executing integrated field campaigns that involve events, email marketing, digital marketing, direct mail marketing, customer marketing, and others. Owning and supporting all aspects of event management in the region in collaboration with other EMEA Regional Team members as well as other Global marketing functions, such as Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, among others.  Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Customer Success teams, and project managing the efforts of a broad group of stakeholders to deliver events and programs to a successful commercial outcome.  Collaborate cross-functional with Sales,  Customer and Marketing teams to plan and deliver strategic Account-Based Marketing campaigns that target high-value accounts. Liaising and managing relationships with external suppliers and agencies. Localizing global demand generation programs to the EMEA region. Including localizing sales outreach materials, copywriting social media posts, creating marketing emails and landing pages. Working with the Brand, Design and Communications teams to manage the brand in-region across all marketing materials and deliverables. Working with Marketing Operations and Sales to support and ensure effective lead management from marketing investments.  Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and ROI of marketing programs. Handling budget responsibilities in a responsible and independent manner to ensure optimal allocation of resources for regional marketing initiatives.   Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5 - 8 years of related B2B marketing experience, ideally in International markets. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize work and meet deadlines. Experience working at a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS. Experience working in a multinational organization and collaborating cross-functionally across multiple timezones. Experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and strategies to target high value accounts.  Experience managing events for Executive audiences Experience with demand gen tools such as Salesforce, Marketo (or similar) and DemandBase. Willingness to travel up to 25-40%.   Preferred Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen in order to measure performance and impact of marketing activities Experience working with Tableau as well as project management tools like Asana or Monday. Experience with PR and customer marketing would be a plus. French language would be a plus.
