Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com . Job Summary We are looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO & Co-Founder and executive team. This is a strategic partner to our executive team, responsible for managing scheduling, travel, events and all other administrative needs of the team. Responsibilities Support the CEO & Co-Founder and the executive team with a variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, global travel, event planning and all other administrative tasks Proactively manage the CEO & Co-Founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, making necessary adjustments and communicating upcoming commitments in a timely manner Plan, arrange and manage global travel and related activities including accommodation, transportation and meals Prepare expense reports and facilitate credit card reconciliation Organize key meetings (e.g., Board meetings) and off-sites including schedule, venue, catering and IT Plan and execute company events in collaboration with the executive team, office managers, HR and other internal teams Support our office manager community as needed, assisting with facilities, mail, catering and other tasks Take initiative and exercise judgment in managing a variety of responsibilities Follow through on all tasks in a proactive and expedient manner Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
