Experience in managing or leading teams responsible for Peak Event Systems Readiness leadership Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization Work in strategic, tactical, and operational capacity to improve quality and speed of Peak Event Systems.Application performance Experience Developing of SLA’s for Peak Event Systems/Application performance Proven Expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems Proven Expertise in Operations Plan to Manufacture processes and systems Proven Experience with SAP ECC 6, Business Intelligence, AI/ML technologies Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels. Possess excellent people management skills; have ability to influence others and to quickly establish trust and credibility to achieve organizational goals. As WW Peak Event Systems Readiness Manager you will be responsible for collaborative with business and technical teams to ensure Operations Systems perform to the required efficiency, reliability, velocity and scale during Peak Events(New Product Introduction, Promotions), to ultimately enable Ops Business teams seamlessly execute You will manage a highly skilled team to deliver both operational and strategic goals Responsibilities: Lead Planning and Execution of Peak Event Systems Readiness Strategy to facilitate seamless business execution, including but not limited to: Collaborate with PLR (Product Launch Readiness) and RFO (Retail Fulfillment Operations) teams to understand the calendar of New Production Introduction (NPI) and Customer Promotion Events Ensure NPI event booking projections are delivered to facilitate detailed Systems Readiness Planning Collaborate with IS&T teams to manage Systems Scale Testing to ensure all required Systems Performance SLA’s are delivered Lead the preparation of a cross functional Systems Plan of Record to include aspects such as: Required Systems Restrictions for background jobs, customer capabilities, fulfillment programs etc Preparation of Order Induction Backlog projections Preparation of Delivery Execution Plans Preparation of Trader Strategy Preparation of Fulfillment Programs Plan of Record Understanding and incorporation of partner team systems plans e.g. Retail, SDS, IS&T Perform new capability risk assessment to ensure new capabilities do not negatively impact Peak Event Systems Performance Lead and manage all required Ops Peak Event Systems Readiness preparation cadences Collaborate with cross functional teams to prepare, align and deliver Ops NPI Leadership Systems POR updates Preparation and Execution of Peak Event War Room plans Lead the End-to-End Systems Scale forum to ensure long term Peak Event Systems goals are defined, prioritized and delivered Lead NPI Post Operations Review to identify, quantify, prioritize and deliver Peak Event Systems improvements initiatives Resource Management and Planning: Day to day management of Ops BPR Peak Event Systems Readiness FTE and Contract Resources Preparation of detailed development journeys in collaboration with direct reports, aligned to overall team Strategic Goals Develop key performance metrics for the team and monitor against defined goals. Develop trust and gain respect as team leader. Lead by example. Have regular 1:1s with team. Identify areas of interest, enable growth and career development. Maintain team focus on priorities. Recruit and retain key talent Education & Experience Education & Experience Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Computer Science or Sully Chain Discipline PMI/PMP certification preferred Certifications in SAP ECC and S/4HANA desirable Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,100 and $228,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
