Job Requisition ID #24WD74961Position OverviewWe are looking for an executive assistant to support the following executives for Architecture, Engineering and Design Solutions (AEC) VP, Software Architecture, and the Chief of Staff. You will be based in either Portland, OR or Washington. This role can be in a hybrid or offsite capacity.You will be responsible for scheduling, travel arrangements (domestic and international), communications, meeting planning, and supporting project activities. You will represent these executives to their colleagues throughout Autodesk, and to important Autodesk customers. As part of the Autodesk Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) division, you will help realize Autodesk's vision for the Forma Industry Cloud.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage multiple executive calendars, focusing on outcomes to prioritize requests, ensure a steady cadence for regular meetings, and resolve conflictsYou will coordinate travel to conferences and offsite events, approximately one per month. You will manage executive's conference agendas and registration. Coordinate with conference and meeting organizersYou will track expenses and prepare expense reports and handle hardware and software purchasesYou will assist with meeting preparation by confirming attendance, agendas, and readiness and draft agendas for regular meetingsYou will create and disseminating Zoom recordings of meetings accordinglyYou will assist with team communications, including managing schedules and topics for emails, blog posts, seminars, and all-handsYou will organize documentation, videos, presentations, and other materials on SharePoint and ConfluenceYou will maintain PowerPoint slides for organization charts, executive bios and goals, and similar materials for ready use in presentationsYou will help coordinate tasks related to annual planning and performance reviewsYou will contribute to the Autodesk EA communityYou will assist with scheduling for senior individuals within the Chief Architect and Chief of Staff organizations, as neededMinimum QualificationsYou are proficient in productivity applications used at Autodesk, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 applications, Slack and ZoomYou have 5+ years of experience in an executive support roleYou have experience with event planningThe Ideal CandidateYou can identify and resolve issues as they ariseYou are agile with an evolving role as teams and organizations changeYou have experience writing, editing, and creating presentations, blog posts, or short articlesYou are have an understanding of productivity applications such as Confluence, Jira, and AirtableYou have experience with automation in Slack and other tools#LI-RB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,800 and $117,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
