Job Requisition ID #24WD74964Position OverviewThe Strategic Territory Sales Representative creates new and expansion business in Strategic Territory accounts to meet our goals. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceedingly quarterly and annual targets within a defined list of accounts in the Northeast region. You will report to a Territory Hub Sales Leader and will collaborate with a sales team that includes customer success, channel partners, technical sales, client services, product specialists, and marketing to grow their assigned accounts through new, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.This is hybrid position.ResponsibilitiesGrow new and expansion business within a list of strategic accounts by focusing on value for customers and AutodeskLeverage excellent sales acumen to work with customer executives to uncover customer outcomes that could be helped with our solutionsYou will negotiate deals and contracts at different levels within the targeted account, sometimes alongside channel partnersBuild relationships and collaborate with other Autodesk teams and channel partners to design an outstanding customer experienceYou will develop account plans with many team members, including marketing, technical sales, and customer successNavigate and work through internal processes and solve complex customer situationsUse financial acumen and value selling to position solutions as a trusted business advisor for customersExperience balancing multiple sales opportunities across a wide array of time demandsYou will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly sales forecastsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5+ years' quota-carrying sales experience including selling complex technology solutions, Account-based selling, and large multi-solutionExperience in exceeding quota in a structured, disciplined sales environment that includes strategic and collaborative/team sellingExperience engaging with executive-level personas to influence strategic outcomesStrategic account planning and research to understand how Autodesk solutions align with our goalsAccurately forecast and report on account activityHighly proficient in Salesforce.comExperience using consultative sales methodology techniques like Challenger SellingManage difficult situations while keeping a positive, mindset to persevere toward goalsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $131,300 and $189,970. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
