To be successful in our role you need to be committed to helping our teams provide an exceptional experience for our customers. You will report to the Director of Operations in this remote position.Preference for candidates in Boston or Bay Area, remote or hybrid/remote work.ResponsibilitiesManage performance metrics, schedule, communications, risk, and planning for multiple programs of varying levels of complexityFacilitate agreement, fact-based, data-driven decision-making between teams, functions, divisions, and partnersSteer program and delivery execution by providing oversight, recording decisions, escalating impediments, mitigating risks, and managing issues to resolutionMonitor and report on overall program status ensuring visibility to our team and partnersOrganize and contribute to the content development and documentation of team decisions, outcomes, and strategic plans, providing easily accessible informationManage team member communications by serving as the primary contact on program and initiatives within our team and across the Autodesk organizationPromote course corrections to our plan, involving the right people at the right timeIdentify, propose, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to our operational efficiencyMinimum QualificationsBA/BS in a Business, Technology Management, Engineering, or similar discipline10+ years' experience managing complex software projects as a program managerYou have hands-on experience with teams focused on the Customer Lifecycle stagesYou are a well-known collaborator excelling at negotiation and consensus buildingYou have prior experience on a geographically distributed teamYou are execution-focused, accountable, detail-oriented, and drivenYou facilitate timely team decisions collaborativelyYou communicate and engage with team members of varying organizational levelsYou have experience with team collaboration technologies such as Asana, Airtable, JIRA and ConfluenceLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,100 and $215,380. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
