Job Requisition ID #23WD72529Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a People Insights Business Partner to join our People Insights team to build and evolve a world-class people analytics function at Autodesk. This is a critical position within our People & Places (PPL) organization responsible to help drive our mission to empowering employees to achieve the new possible through actionable insights from data for better decision making.If you enjoy interpreting data to inform decisions, are skilled at providing reports that support business activities and have a systems and data focus, we would like to hear from you. Reporting to the Senior Director of Autodesk's People Insight team, the People Insights business partner's primary focus will be understanding the needs of our internal customers insights needs (People Business Partners, COEs such as total rewards, organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition, business leaders) and marrying those to existing and new People Insights deliverables. This is a remote position based in either the United States or Canada.ResponsibilitiesWork with the PPL organization to understand and anticipate requirements and translate them into highly usable People Insights deliverables, in partnership with the rest of the teamHelp our stakeholders and users maximize the value they can get from People Insights products and programsProvides thought leadership to convert inputs from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable solutionsProvides program and change management leadership across People Insights initiatives, with the aim to maximize the reach of People Insights deliverablesApplies knowledge in quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as data visualization to surface clear and compelling narratives that inform the strategies of the teamInfluences the development of actionable KPIs that drive business decisions and inform executive management and other key constituentsCapture and document data user stories, use cases, and workflows to understand how we can optimize our deliverablesWork closely with the rest of the People Insights team (business intelligence, data science, employee listening, research, data engineering) to analyse requirements and convert these into building and implementing solutionsMinimum Qualifications4+ years experience in a related role involving leveraging people data to draw deep insightsExperience in an HR or people analytics environmentExperience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clientsKnowledge and experience in end-to-end project deliveryExposure to data / data environments / databases / large data setsYou are comfortable with ambiguity.
