We ask that you have expertise in multiple SAP Finance business modules and Order to cash process. As a Technical Lead, you will oversee a team of professionals and ensuring a smooth operations with a focus on the Finance sector. You will need to understand end-to-end business processes, SAP integration, and possess expertise.You will report to a Senior Manager, Engineering.This role is in Michigan and can be remote.ResponsibilitiesLead and work across a team of professionals responsible for implementing S4 HANA finance processesManage partners, ensuring communication and agreement on project objectives and deliverables. This includes conducting regular meetings, providing updates, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by stakeholdersPrepare and deliver weekly reports to project partners, providing updates on project progress, milestones achieved, and any issues that need attentionDemonstrate expertise by implementing solutions to complex business problemsEnsure seamless SAP integration across multiple operationsCollaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP S4 HANA and other applicationsDevelop and implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsBe a subject matter expert for multiple SAP finance processes, providing guidance to team membersFoster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging learning and developmentOversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and within budgetMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required8+ years' experience in business application development and solution architecture within the SAP Teams of FI/CO3-4 years experience implementing SAP S4 HANAYou will have leadership and team management skillsExperience building scalable, resilient, and observable distributed systemsExperience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partnersYou will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentIf you meet the above qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply.#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $160,000 and $258,720. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
