Review our resume databases to help the team build and maintain a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates. Build strong LI projects. Create engaging messaging to communicate with prospective talent Stay up to date on our business, openings, and the ever-evolving technology landscape to best source, attract, and engage talent Ensure job postings are accurate, attractive, error free, and avoid unconsciously biased language What you need to have: Experience managing all aspects of the recruiting process and ensure Workday is current and aligned to our SLA Working alongside the DE&I team, help educate managers on the Genesys’ s diversity charter, and the value of our diverse candidate slates Competent sourcing skills with knowledge of where to find passive talent within specific talent segments Experience partnering with business leaders and HR in a highly competitive candidate market with the ability to influence hiring teams regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Ability to think creatively and share ideas to drive innovation within our talent team and help with projects Proven experience providing clear, professional written and verbal communication. You are an over communicator. A strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagement with candidates and hiring teams and a desire to work in a technical environment Demonstrate a proactive versus reactive recruiting approach Collaborates with stakeholders and provide information on the market trends.
