The Sales Insights Advisory Team, part of the North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Analytics team, is a key player in fueling this growth by empowering our business partners to make more informed decisions, helping drive actions from insights, and ensuring they are getting maximum value from our broader Analytics organization.About the RoleAs leader of the Sales Insights Advisory team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a crew of fearless data scientists that support Workday’s North American market. You’ll help guide an amazing team, closely partnering with the Sales Strategy side of the business to deliver insights, ideas and strategies that will drive our go to market approach and long-term revenue growth. Key responsibilities of the team are analyzing business performance and Go-To-Market strategy changes, supporting annual planning, and delivering new insights to leadership.We have a fantastic team culture that blends fun with dedication and professional development and career growth! As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
