Our team leads on marketing strategy and best practices for all main paid traffic sources across 30+ markets globally. We support each market with guidance on campaign activation, reporting, and measurement to make sure fans around the world find the tickets they are looking for and that clients receive the highest return on their investment with us.THE JOB Reporting to our Senior Director of Performance Marketing, International, you will lead programmatic campaign execution across all 30+ markets and support local markets with strategic guidance around paid social campaigns. You will also work closely with our Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, the Director of Paid Social and Programmatic Media US, and platform stakeholders.You’ll be one of the central points of contact for the international markets, as they execute their paid social campaigns, providing assistance with campaign creation, optimisation, measurement, and reporting; constantly aiming to drive more efficiency and automation.You will be responsible for building and activating programmatic campaigns that impact millions of fans, owning campaigns end-to-end. Your campaigns will drive fan engagement and deliver against key metrics (e.g. ticket sales and ROI).Success in this role requires excellent communication, data-driven decision-making, an ability to summarize results and present recommendations to business partners, project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Overall, you will be challenged to propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices for campaigns and the teams.You are looking for a step up and be a leader for paid social media & programmatic campaigns in an international setting. You are able to work in a dynamic environment, with various teams around the world, where you can continue to improve and progress your marketing knowledge.You’ll get to see your campaigns live across 30+ different countries, reaching more than 50 million fans a year, whilst enjoying a great and supportive working environment.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Guide 30+ markets with best-in-class strategies for paid social campaigns including automation guidelines, targeting, and more to optimise and deliver innovative campaigns.Own programmatic campaign execution & strategy that delivers on performance targets including activation, optimisation, reporting, and budgeting.Support the team with quarterly business goal planning and progress tracking for your channels.Support with quarterly strategy and results presentations to business partners across 30+ markets to establish best practices and increase local strategy adoption.Drive a rigorous testing and optimisation culture, implementing a framework to continuously drive incremental campaign impact and identify areas of opportunityPartner with the MarTech and Insights team on bigger performance marketing projects that increase campaign scale and team efficiency, including automation, measurement, attribution, and reporting.Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform investment, including emerging channels and measurement changes.Think strategically across Ticketmaster’s marketplace of sports, concerts, live events, and more.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)Strong hands-on experience executing and planning Paid Social campaigns at an agency or brand using adequate tools (incl. Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, or third-party automation tools)Experience hands-on executing Programmatic Media campaigns at an agency or brand using the adequate tools (ideally: DV360 & CM or TradeDesk; optional: GDN & YouTube)Previously managed significant media spending with a strong record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through data-driven decision-making.Strong project management and time management skills to prioritize amongst many projects and ensure that short-term goals and long-term initiatives are achieved with an appropriate sense of urgency.High attention to detail and strong analytical skills when dealing with large amounts of data (preferred tools: Google Analytics, DOMO, Tableau…)Strong grasp of experimentation techniques to improve testing implementation and infrastructure, driving test-and-learn agenda to advance channel capabilities.Creative thinking with a track record of driving the adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or companyBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceDesired RequirementsStrong experience in a hands-on role, planning and executing Paid Social Media campaigns at an agency or brand.Experience executing Programmatic Media campaigns at an agency or brand.Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries with large inventory.Experience working with MarTech tools including inventory management systems, pixel management, or measurement tools.Google Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification would be a bonus.Basic knowledge of reading and amending JavaScript for programmatic campaign purposes would be a bonus.YOU (BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS) You are looking for a step up and to be a leader for paid social media and programmatic in an international setting.Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills - you will be the go-to person for campaign and channel strategiesExceptional interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success - Proven ability to influenceA quick, creative thinker with attention to detail within a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsEnthusiastic, self-motivated individualAbility to effectively manage targets and deadlinesAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyInnate willingness to roll up your sleevesLIFE AT TICKETMASTERWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
