Key Responsibilities:Lead the UX design process for platform experience and shared services within enterprise software products in the supply chain management domain.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions related to platform experience and shared services.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts for the platform and shared services.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements specific to platform experience and shared services.Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization, with a focus on platform experience and shared services.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience for the platform and shared services.Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of the design vision for platform experience and shared services.Mentor and guide junior members of the UX design team.Qualifications:5+ years of industry experience in interaction/product designBachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience as a UX designer in the enterprise software industry, with a focus on platform experience and shared services within supply chain management solutions.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects and processes, with an emphasis on platform experience and shared services.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with front-end development technologies and principles is a plus.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
