eBay, Inc. seeks Product Manager 3 – Technical in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Lead Customer Experiences for Authentication, Account Security and User Verification across the Global Platform. Partner with agile engineering scrum teams and design teams to deliver best in class customer experiences to eBay users. Manage product quality and identify repeated failure points to drive preventative solutions. Define and drive customer experience through product strategy, market requirements, and product roadmaps for the Identity Platform. Monitor broader industry and competitive trends related to Identity, Risk, and Security. Work across cross functional and global software development teams to bring value to eBay’s customers. Prioritize the product backlog with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment across multiple domains. Build the next generation of platform systems related to user authentication, including, more seamless and safer Sign-in, new options for buyers and sellers, and helping drive regulatory programs across millions of users globally. Identify risks and mitigation plans with development and quality engineering leads together with a plan for roll-back and business contingencies.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered, as a Technical Product Manager, or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:1.
