eBay, Inc seeks Designer 3 in San Jose, CA to brainstorm design options to solve user problems. Conduct competitor analysis to understand how other competitor companies designed similar features. Narrow down design options and create interactive design prototypes in Figma (a prototyping tool). Build interactive design prototypes, conduct usability testing sessions, and collect user feedback. Draft initial user problem statements and create product requirement documents. Create design directions and design options to meet product requirements. Deliver user-centric design for code development by software engineers. Participate in regular check-ins with product managers and engineers to understand how the design impacts business goals, make sure the design is technically feasible, and iterate designs based on user feedback. Conduct quality checks to ensure code development aligns with product requirements. Evaluate business impact of newly released products. Update the design based on users' feedback from usability testing sessions. Evaluate business impact of newly released products.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design or a related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
