eBay, Inc. seeks Lead Product Manager - Technical in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Design, shape, and drive product capabilities for the eBay’s seller payments team. Define product strategy and roadmap for seller payments domain, working closely with business partners and engineering leaders. Set the product prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in technology platforms. Translate commerce requirements into generic payments capabilities that are extensible to multiple payment processors, payment types and models. Effectively communicate strategies and trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development team. Work closely with in-country and regional business leaders, product and domain leads to identify and build core capabilities, improve utility of features common to multiple partners, and efficiently seek for local functionalities critical to market success. Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into actionable improvements for the platform. Utilize previously developed global product strategies that enable and drive innovation and go-to-market efficiency.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a Lead Product Manager, or a related occupationSpecial Skill Requirements: 1.    Business strategy2.    Online marketplace business3.    software project management4.    Data based decision making5.    Quantitative Analysis6.    Business Analysis7.    Business Intelligence8.    Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC)9.    SQL10.    Product management Base salary: $239,200-262,900 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
