Analyze software product requirements and transform them into scalable technical designs by collaborating with Technical Leads and Product Managers. Develop best-in-class test automation code for software, carry out functional and non-functional testing including web accessibility, product app security, server-side load and performance, and client-side page speed. Identify and fix performance, scalability, and other software live issues in a very time-critical environment. Develop software code and lead code review sessions. Create automated tests and deliver high-quality software code to production within a short development cycle in the continuous integration and delivery environment. Drive architecture discussions, produce well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews. Work with other engineers, managers, product management, quality analysts, and operations teams to develop innovative technical solutions that meet market needs concerning functionality, performance, availability, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to software development goals and principles. Estimate engineering efforts, plan execution cycles, and roll out system changes. Telecommuting permitted – work may be performed from anywhere in the US. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a MTS 1, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
