You should have experience delivering advanced solutions for a multi-tier, distributed web application. As part of this team your responsibilities include working closely with and leading other engineering team members, and interacting with product, design, content, business and many other groups to deliver world-class software solutions. Our team is not afraid to question assumptions and possess superb communication skills. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience in a professional development environment. Full-stack experience Frontend using JavaScript and CSS along with frameworks (ReactJs, Angular, etc) Backend using PHP Laravel (or equivalent Python or NodeJS experience) Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms. Strong UI/UX skills with good knowledge of UI conventions Knowledge and ability to understand enterprise level architecture. Demonstrated experience working with high-volume, multi-tiered, distributed critical applications. Understanding of MVC and modern web frameworks. Ability to organize & communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical people across functional teams. Experience in Agile methodologies and SCRUM is a plus. Description Description • Analyze complex business processes to be solved with automated systems that can scale to enterprise level requirements. • Distil business needs into software features through in-depth conversations with non-technical users and leadership. • Develop user-friendly and intuitive web applications. Quickly prototype new ideas for business validation, usability testing, and production-ready code. • Write clean, modular, robust code without supervision in a dynamic, iterative, and multi-release environment. • Design, create, and maintain large, robust, relational databases keeping scalability, stability, and performance as top priorities. • Support, secure, and improve existing portfolio of applications utilising latest methodologies and conventions. • Maintain clear and concise code commentary and documentation practices. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
