Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 4+ years of experience in designing, developing and debugging solutions Good knowledge on framework like Spring JPA,MVC, Rest Experience with containerization and container orchestration services including Kubernetes, Dockers,Spring Cloud Config Servers,Spring schedulers Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques Knowledge on shell scripting and unix commands Implementation Knowledge on Genesys Infrastructure and integration with APIs (GMS,WWE,PSDK) Exposure to CometD Notifications, JGroup clusters, Web Sockets Experience with Cassandra, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis or similar databases Exposure to Management tool like Git, Wrike, OmniGraffle Strong communication and collaboration skills Desire to expand your skills to new areas Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills Pro-active and able to work on own initiative Excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Deliver artifacts, technical alternatives and architectural designs that meet business requirements
Ownership and management of the Genesys cloud platform including tools to monitor, alert, and fix the platform
Ownership and accountability for Genesys cloud platform readiness, ensuring the platform is appropriately scaled to meet business needs. This will require working closely with Genesys for feature enhancements
Act as the technical Lead for Genesys digital platform and work closely with development team & Genesys engineering team
Support of Contact Technologies initiatives globally as they relate to the digital platform, working with the global and regional business owners to identify and define opportunities and work you're doing.
Ownership comes with operational excellence that require mitigation, resolution, followup for impactful incidents and providing support.
