This team collaborates closely with sales to uncover real business problems faced by customers and recommends solutions to drive exceptional customer experiences through transformational digital solutions. From presentations, demonstrations, workshops whiteboarding, scoping, sizing and proposal builds, this team works closely with all areas of the business and all aspects of a wide technology stack.We’re a fast-paced, solution oriented, light-hearted crew that work together, get the job done, and never take ourselves too seriously. We love taking on the challenges and deliver solutions to complex problems.What you'll Do A Cloud Acceleration Architect plays a crucial role in the sales process by recommending pre-deployment configurations, identifying architectural and product dependencies to meet customer’s use-cases, usage volumes and service levels. This is a high velocity, revenue impacting role that will support the sales teams through scoping, sizing, and configuration, for structuring the deal. The provisioning team also depends on these configurations to stand up the applications to the customer. The Cloud Solution Architect should be able to easily support strategic high- level, or detailed technical conversations. This includes the delivery of executive level demonstrations, construction of future state solution vision, and customer journey strategies.You will work for primarily for Americas and would need to be flexible to work in those time zones. This Pre-Sales role, over time will give ample opportunity for growth into a specialized solution consulting and other related functions.What you need to succeed B. Tech/B.E./B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.Strong communication and presentation skillsPre-sales consulting experience in Digital Marketing, Content management and Commerce.Good to have experience on Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar content and commerce solutions.Knowledgeable about Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, New Relic, Fastly CDN, or equivalent technologies and high-level understanding of DevOps and CI/CD process. An architect certification for AWS or Azure will be preferred.Technical Skills on HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.Experience with presentation software including PowerPoint or Keynote and Excel.Curiosity with passion for solving problems.5+ years relevant work experienceYour ImpactPre-Sales Cloud Acceleration Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our growing business and has a direct impact on winning new business.
