The OpportunityFirefly is the new family of creative generative AI models coming to Adobe products that offers a new way to conceptualise, build, and scale content. It’s a natural extension of the technology Adobe has produced over the past 40 years.At the core of Firefly are our commercially safe AI models trained on hundreds of millions of images owned or licensed by Adobe. We are hiring for a highly strategic and visible role to help evolve these models and the associated prompt engine. This is an opportunity to reach millions of creatives, helping them recreate the way they work.What you'll do Architect and lead the technical development of Firefly for enterprise Lead by doing in a significantly hands-on role requiring Python and cloud services development Lead the development of ML pipelines using Firefly and other generative AI models for enterprise features Define the API surface for Enterprise integrations with Firefly and CC APIs Understand the client requirements and technical constraints for various enterprise customers and come up with solutions to streamline the software stack Lead the team to build multi-tenant solutions to satisfy customer requirements Lead the development of custom generative AI solutions like “Train Your Own Model” using customer data Design and lead the integrations of generative AI enterprise features with content delivery mechanisms ranging from Adobe’s offerings to those used by the clients Represent Adobe in technical conversations with the enterprise customers Partner with the Firefly Enterprise PMs to define the scope and requirements of deliverables Ensure the delivery of high quality, reliable, enterprise Firefly features complying with the data protection/isolation requirements and privacy regulations Partner and collaborate with other Adobe teams to build solutions leveraging existing technologies What you need to succeed 6+ years of experience architecting backend, cloud services applications for enterprise use 1+ years of experience directly involved in building and deploying ML pipelines as services 12+ years of software engineering experience Experience architecting for enterprise multi-tenancy, data isolation, content system integrations, metering and billing, etc. Experience with building tiered and entitlement-based technologies for multi-org enterprise customers Experience with GPU based ML inference services #FireflyGenAIOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $173,300 -- $312,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
