The ideal candidate will have a robust background in channel sales and partner management within the AI domain, showcasing a strong acumen for strategic planning and relationship building.Remote position anywhere within the US.Key Responsibilities:Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with our company’s strategic goals and values.Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with existing channel partners, driving mutual growth and success.Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and support our AI solutions and workstations.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and developments within AI, providing partners with insights and guidance to capture emerging opportunities.Performance Management: Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing strategies to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure coordinated efforts and maximized partner success.Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences, strengthening brand presence and partner engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
