Print Consumer Solutions Quality ManagerDescription -Print Consumer Solutions Quality Manager is accountable for end-to-end quality and experience for Print Solutions spanning Firmware, Software, Cloud, App and Support. The responsibilities include building customer insights, benchmarking experience against competition, driving solutions and interventions to reduce friction and tracking metrics to measure progress.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads a team of 8+ technical marketing engineers and analysts with deep understanding of Home Print Solutions and Experiences.Responsibility for building customer insights and requirements from different sources and customer touchpoints (Web store, App store, Support, Escalations, Warranty, Tools, Surveys and Telemetry).Responsibility for measuring, benchmark and tracking customer experience.Partnering with R&D, Marketing, CS, Design, Product Manager and providing strong customer advocacy.Communicating and escalating issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external partners as appropriate.Proactively driving quality initiatives across the ecosystem to improve customer experience, reduce support interventions, save support/warranty costs.Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors including hiring, annual goals, performance, coaching, and career development.Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, expectations, and budget for optimal results.Education and Experience Required:First level university degree or equivalent experience required. May have advanced university degree.Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0 -2 years of people management experience.Knowledge and Skills:Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and ability to prioritize.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to manage human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results.Good understanding of HP's policies and processes.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurance Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,050 -- $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
