Business Ops PMO - studentDescription -General Description: The ISS Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the HP Industrial Software Solutions department, ideal for individuals passionate about project management and keen on data analysis, dashboard development, and operational efficiency. This role involves extensive collaboration with teams to develop and maintain key analytical tools and reports, crucial for effective decision-making. The intern will be engaged in a part-time role (50-60%), requiring strong coordination with global teams with the flexibility to different time zones.Key Responsibilities: Business Performance Tracking and Forecasting: Regularly assess business performance, using forecasting methods to predict future trends and provide actionable insights.Sales Funnel Dashboard Development: Define, build, and maintain a dashboard for the ISS sales funnel, focusing on effective data visualization and analysis.ISS Business Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to track and report key metrics in the Industrial Software Solutions sector.Billing Accuracy Assurance: Monitor and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the ISS department.Requirements:Education: Currently in the final year of an Industrial Engineering program at a university, or a recent graduate who is pursuing a second degree.
