This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital asset management solutions. The team consists of 3 and is reporting to the Director of Product Management. We have a great skill set in building product strategy according to market needs and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in leading product strategy and working with multiple teams and customers.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Information Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Exact Sciences, Library Sciences or equivalent educationWork experience in your field, 4-5 years in product rolesAbility to collaborate across teams to manage product development. Team playerExperience with customer communicationsUnderstanding of computer systems in a cloud environmentExcellent EnglishUnderstanding of business drivers and key issuesIt would be great if you also had . . .  Professional experience in a library settingMBAWhat will you be doing in this role? Product Requirements – Provide clear and measurable product requirements and provide trade-off recommendations between implementation and functionality.Product Delivery – manage development and launch of new features and functionality through the entire product development lifecycle process from concept through implementation and release.Customer Research - Participate in leading focus groups, customer surveys, global conferences, and user testing to inform product priorities. Monitor key product analytics to inform development priorities.Product Roadmap – Understand market priorities and work with Engineering to identify trade-offs. Drive activities/user stories to deliver products to market, according to the product roadmap. Prioritize and sequence product features to meet market demands.  The product you will be developing A new digital asset management and preservation solution in development over a SaaS platform, built in close collaboration with a user community and combining state of art technologies such as AI and analytics.About the TeamThe team will include a Product Manager and 2 Product Owners, working closely with R&D, UX, and other product teams while working intensely with a global user community.Hours of Work / More important information for you:Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.This is a full-time position.Occasional travel is required.Why Ex Libris?At Ex Libris, we value our employees and are striving to create the perfect balance between work and home life.
