Legal Operations Analyst - Knowledge ManagementJob SummaryAs a part of the Global Legal Operations & Strategic Services team, the Legal Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with various stakeholders across the Legal department on Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives. The core focus area of this role will be in a KM administrator capacity, supporting the KM Lead in delivery of the KM operating model across One Legal’s practice areas. This will include conducting discovery sessions with various stakeholders and subject matter experts, developing the legal asset inventory for each practice area, data analysis, conducting audits, ensuring knowledge articles align with quality guidelines and maintaining our best practices guide. You will support the KM Lead with updating and maintaining Equinix’s KM system to provide accurate and relevant content that empowers users to find solutions independently. This includes structuring knowledge in a way that is understandable to the teams and systems, with a keen focus on user experience.We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, results-oriented professional with in-service mindset, comfort with ambiguity, natural curiosity, and a willingness to learn. To excel in this role, you will ideally have background in KM, information studies, project management or a related field. Previous experience working with Legal teams will be advantageous. Working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams would be beneficial. Experience using Document Management Systems, iManageConfidence in working with and presenting to professionals.
