We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Job SummaryOur Technology Finance team is seeking a manager with strong modeling and analytical skills whose role is pivotal in supporting the Information Technology Organization to enhance financial and operational efficiencies.The Manager will be focus on leading a critical area of FP&A which includes, but is not limited to monthly forecasts, annual budgets, quarterly guidance, strategic long term financial planning, KPI management, business case modeling, roadmap alignment support, and executive presentation. This role requires an individual who is not only able to manage existing processes and cadences, but also establish “outside the box” thinking while influencing stakeholders cross functionally as well seeking out ways to improve upon those processes. This role is essential in facilitating collaboration and coordination between product and BU finance, the Digital Services finance, and the broader finance organization. It also plays a vital role in connecting with other business units and functions within the company.The ideal candidate is high energy, responsive, detail oriented, and an experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational and people management skills who likes to find ways to create efficiencies, comfortable working independently and in a team, understands the importance of clear concise communications, and able to balance multiple deliverables. ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of and expand upon the analytical capabilities of the Technology Finance FP&A team including, developing process and tools to simplify reporting and analysis. Act as trusted partner to the functional business organizations being supported. Conduct deep analysis, providing insightful interpretations of data.Innovate beyond the data to prepare for future-state scenarios.
