Find your drive with us.   Reporting to the Sr. Vendor Manager, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and our BPO Partners to help implement initiatives that help to drive improvements in agent and customer experiences. You’re the kind of person who loves figuring out how to make a gnarly process seem simple and easy to learn. If you have experience building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and are passionate about creating a collaborative environment where others flourish, then this is the role for you!   What you will do Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to contract agreements.. Monitor vendor performance, ensuring deliverables are met and align with Turo standards. Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with vendors to develop improvement plans when necessary. Address and resolve challenges related to vendor relationships and deliverables. Stay updated on industry best practices in vendor management. Assist with creating Joint Business Plans that are intended to help drive improvements in performance and remove community roadblocks. Continuously seeking information to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the business. Serving as the voice of vendor management, influencing internal partner teams to enhance tools and systems based on program findings. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or previous experience in vendor management of outsourced partners or as a senior leader in the BPO industry Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to analyze vendor performance data and financial reports Understanding of BPO industry trends, practices, and compliance standards Proven ability to write and present effectively to a variety of audiences The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $62,000-$70,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
