About the Role: Tubi is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our B2B Marketing team focused on optimizing every interaction with the ad buying community across the purchase cycle. Reporting to the SVP of B2B Marketing, you will be a key leader in Tubi’s B2B marketing team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Content Marketing, Events, Sales, Biz Ops, Analytics, Sales Planning, and Revenue Operations.  You must be located within commuting distance of either the San Francisco, Los Angeles, or NYC office. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and lead the overall demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and objectives Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for demand generation Campaign Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Director of B2B Marketing overseeing the content marketing team to create compelling and targeted content that resonates with our target audience at each stage of the buyer's journey Design and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and qualified leads Lead Generation: Implement lead generation programs, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with sales goals Marketing Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology stack to support demand generation efforts Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness Analytics and Reporting Establish key performance indicators and regularly analyze campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, adjusting strategies as needed Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus Proven experience (7+ years) in a demand generation role, preferably in the advertising, ad tech, or media industry  Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the buyer's journey Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. California $152,000 — $200,000 USD Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements , the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
