We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of IT to oversee our enterprise applications and IT operations . The VP of IT will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our technology infrastructure to support our growing business needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO), this individual will lead a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing various systems, including ADP, Netsuite, Salesforce, Slack, Okta, and Jira, as well as experience with Saas-based applications including Google Workspace. The VP of IT will also ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as PCI, SOC2 type2, FedRamp, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO27001. Additionally, the ability to effectively manage a distributed team and workforce is essential. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of IT, including enterprise applications and IT operations. Oversee the management and optimization of ADP, Netsuite, Salesforce, Slack, Okta, Jira, and other critical systems, including Saas-based applications like Google Workspace. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI, SOC2 type2, FedRamp, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO27001. Manage a distributed team and workforce, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT initiatives with organizational goals. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations on potential opportunities for improvement. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable IT services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably within a cloud-native or Saas company. Strong knowledge and experience in managing enterprise applications, such as ADP, Netsuite, Salesforce, Slack, Okta, Jira, and Saas-based applications including Google Workspace. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and experience in leveraging AWS services. Experience with regulatory compliance standards such as PCI, SOC2 type2, FedRamp, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO27001. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
