Due to massive growth and market success, SmartBear is continuing to hire employees rapidly to scale our company globally. Therefore, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in our growth locally and globally. In this role you will partner with multiple departments including development, customer support, product management, and to identify and attract the right candidates for SmartBear.
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN BANGALORE ONLY.
Responsibilities:
Develop effective working relationships with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring profiles for their respective teams
Proactively create and foster candidate pipelines for all roles
Execute the full recruiting life cycle including req management, sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and on-boarding
Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend future SmartBears
Provide consultation on sourcing strategies, interviews, and selection practices to ensure top quality hires
Ensure a high attention to candidate experience impressing SmartBear’s values and culture
Provide the HR team with support on projects as needed
Bring a fun, positive, can-do attitude and we promise the same to you
Qualifications:
5+ years recruiting experience; corporate or agency
Good command of English
Engineering recruiting experience is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
