About the role
As a technical recruiter at GlossGenius, you will be responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process across our engineering pillars. You will partner with our engineering leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and hire top talent across Colombia, Canada, and the United States. Being a part of a small but mighty recruiting team, you will play a critical role in our next phase of growth!
You will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting.
What You’ll Do
You will own an efficient, high-touch, full-lifecycle recruiting process for searches of varying levels of complexity across the United States, Canada, and Colombia
You will leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and ensure high-quality data integrity
You are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, creating alignment on priorities, and leveraging data to help guide and influence stakeholder decisions
You will leverage data to inform your recruiting strategy and continuously improve our recruiting operation
You move with urgency and are comfortable operating in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup
What We're Looking For
Three plus years of recruiting experience with at least one year of technical recruiting experience
You have experience partnering directly with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and create a diverse team
You have experience innovating and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent (experience doing this in multiple markets is a plus!)
You’ve had experience with closing tough candidates and can talk about the levers you’ve used to help get candidates across the finish line
You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail and quality (past startup experience is a plus)
A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

The starting base salary for this role in NYC is between $95,000 to $113,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
