Position overview:The Deal Desk Support Specialist team ensures Sales exceptions are reviewed and handled in a timely manner. It provides training and support when needed, and ongoing updates to processes as business evolves.In the role of the Manager for the Deal Desk Support Specialist team, we offer you to be part of a global, diverse team. You will organize the resources required to deliver the support services to the Autodesk Sales Teams worldwide. Collaboration with other GEOs and Managers to keep improving service outcomes and Sales Productivity is very important to the role. Your manager will be the Manager, Deal Desk Specialists located in Boston, USA.Responsibilities:Build team spirit based on the Autodesk CulturePrioritize the support activities and organize the resources to maximize the team contribution to the Sales Teams’ success Ensure collaboration with the Territory Sales and other Sales LeadersEnsure quality and timeliness of the support activities Collaborate with the Sales Help Team Leaders worldwide to define the requirements, obtain understanding on best practice and improve outcomesHelp educate, analyze to bring improvements if necessary, and provide real-time help to all Sales roles at AutodeskAcquire understanding of Sales Roles and their specific support needsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience managing Sales Operations teamsSolid knowledge of Salesforce or a similar toolUnderstanding of different Sales roles and their needsThe ability to motivate and engage team membersLeadership capabilities in front of rapid and frequent changesThe ability to present with ease in front of an audienceThe ability to be impactful with dataAbout Autodesk:We work in a hybrid environment and we offer the flexibility to work from home and from an assigned Autodesk office to meet the team and for purposeful other occasions.
