Job Requisition ID #24WD74767Position OverviewThe Autodesk Ecommerce Engineering team faces a variety of unique and interesting challenges, from creating new tools and components, implementing critical services, creating new and engaging end-user experiences, to digging into low-level performance details and streamlining processes. As a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern, you’ll build engaging, user-friendly websites and eCommerce platforms that are frequented by millions of visitors worldwide. We're looking for an engineer who is passionate about building and delivering solutions into our common platform. As part of the team, you will implement new features that engage and influence Autodesk customers worldwide. ResponsibilitiesYou will develop, test, and document new and existing components to ensure that software meets business, quality and operational needs Partner with teams (Engineering, DevOps, Support Organizations) on technical issues Interpret and translate needs to technical requirements and accurate estimates Drive projects with the mindset of scalability, security and availability of all applications and processes Minimum QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2024 Strong CS Fundamentals – our language of choice is JavaScript Prior software engineering experience engaging with a customer-facing web / software applications through internships, hackathons, or other side projects Understanding of object-oriented design and at least one modern backend framework Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with AWS, Node.js and front-end frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js Passionate about open-source technologies About the US Intern Program The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 – August 9 or June 17 – September 6). All internships are paid.
