The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Partner Business in close collaboration with various GTM Teams.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated product manager for Salesforce PRM  to help build a modern, cloud-native platform that enables smooth and efficient Partner Experience. Identify new technological innovation in PRM and have PoV to automate and transform Partner technology ecosystemCollaborate easily with internal business partners, stakeholder and development team to craft requirements that drive the overall capabilities of the Salesforce PRM platform and building integration with third party applications Represent the Business Technology team and be data-driven when evaluating development decisions with development teams through design, testing and product/feature releaseUnderstands how the details fit into the big picture, and influences product direction. Applies deep understanding of partner product usage to provide input to the organization on realized gains and product differentiation.Gather, prioritize, and define requirements into an executable backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Own and manage the maturity of product capability and use metrics to drive development decisionsProject Management – accountable for the breaking down large pieces of work into smaller chunks; works with the team to drive execution through to deliveryInfluencing – Being the central point for decision capture and prioritization; ensure functional and technical alignment towards a common goalCommunication – Adjust communication method to audience and keep management advisedProject and Program Management - manages multiple strategic programs and projects; delivers on key milestones. Developing product strategy: Evaluate customer, competitive and market data to understand the market dynamics. Develop and articulate a product strategy and roadmap to meet the market needs.About YouKey Duties:Strategic thinking and experience in defining product vision and roadmapStrong communication skills to interact with team members, management, customers and other stakeholders at WorkdayUnderstanding Business KPIs, Metric definitions, updating metadataCollaborate with Global Partners, Product Management, and Development teams to craft requirements.Represent the customer and be data-driven when evaluating development decisions with engineering, and user research teams through design, testing, and product/feature releaseParticipate in business facing events and user conferences as a subject matter expertManage partner expectations within and/or across functionsAbility to influence, lead, and collaborate across multiple technical and product teams in a matrixed environmentAbility to break down complex concepts and distill requirements that meet customer needsBasic Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience10+ years of experience in the Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role.Deep understanding of the Salesforce environment.Knowledge of Partner Relationship Management applications and ecosystem5+ years of experience in a Product Management related role or knowing how to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables  Ability to clearly prioritize and articulate product requirements, as well as develop a vision and strategy for area of ownershipPrevious Development or BA experience is a plus for this roleOther QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills Good organization and leadership skillsSkilled in time, priority and task managementAbility to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguity and take decisive actionWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
