Your role involves leading the TA initiatives in Poland, maintaining job postings, qualifying and interviewing candidates, whilst enhancing WP Engine's employer brand through creative campaigns. The Day to Day:Execute recruitment solutions, including sourcing strategies and talent pipeline building.Manage relationships with hiring managers, interview panels, vendors, and employee experience colleagues.Maintain external job postings and proactively seek avenues to attract candidates.Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates, maintaining data confidentiality.Implement sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates, and facilitate debrief sessions.Managing Workday ATS for consistent interview processes and data administration.Build an integrated campaign to attract skilled professionals.Maintain social networking sites for effective candidate engagement.Process employment inquiries and enhance the candidate experience.Work on special projects to improve DEI recruitment processes and employer branding. Your Experience and Passion:Recruiting experience, including scheduling and coordination.Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion hiring.International team playerManaging relevant stakeholders including Hiring Managers and external vendorsKnowledge of the technology sector and cultural nuances in Poland.Ability to drive processes with urgency and manage client group expectations.Heightened attention to detail and ability to present data insights for decision-making.Experience with Workday or similar ATS systems.Excellent English & Polish verbal and written communication skills, representing WP Engine professionally.
