Treasury InternDescription -Treasury Intern Responsibilities:China Cash & Liquidity Management involves a lot of Legal Resolutions/Correspondences and Internal Cross Functional co-ordinations to obtain and circulate legal papers, company chops etc. mainly required due to the Treasury Organization’s direct engagements with Banks and SAFE. At times, it requires delivery of sensitive documents in person on Bank sites. Treasury APJ has 8 legal entities with China alone, and many more sub-branches located in various provinces and cities. Good understanding of the CN landscape and time sensitivity in coordinating within China inter-states partners to meet key timelines for critical payments will be important. The strong and support to the Cash Managers of China, goes a long in helping ensure key strategic goals are met.CN intern responsibilities also include supporting China Legal Bank Mandates, Report generation, review and analysis of the KPI for the APJ Cash Management team.Requirements:Fluent in EnglishGood Communication SkillMinimum work onsite for 2 days/week, open to work remote work (e.g for 2 hours) in other days.Internship at least 6months, preferably > 1 yearJob -AdministrationSchedule -Part timeShift -No shift premium (China)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
