Job Requisition ID #24WD74852Position OverviewAs a Technical Solutions Manager (TSM), you are responsible for the leadership and mentoring of a team of Technical Solution Executives within the EMEA region. You will partner with Sales in driving revenue for Autodesk's Emerging Business focused on selling the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, through the support of TSEs in their pursuit of solving problems and engineering value, and solutions for our customers. You'll also work with multiple other departments across the business, to ensure there's clear understanding and cooperation in daily operations, all whilst ensuring we're "helping move the needle" as we scale and grow.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of TSEs, focused on driving net new business and expansion across multiple accounts, segments and regionsWork with Sales Managers to agree on goals and strategies for closing businessDevelop teams by recruiting resources, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching, training.Evaluate performance of team members and promote ongoing developmentMotivate and develop team to achieve our goalsCoach teams to define/develop opportunities to propel solution sales with a customer outcome focusUndertake regular 1:1s to discuss opportunities, pipeline, technical risk, and provide supportCoach teams on soft and hard skills, such as discovery methods, value-focused demonstrations, and value-driven documentation to achieve technical closureEstablish working relationships across GEOs, Sales, Customer Success, Industry Strategy, Channel Readiness, Marketing, R&D, and other groups to gain insight and Structure teamsBe the technical interface to corporate product groups, providing guidance on new product enhancements and prioritization of new features.Evaluate the organization structure to ensure success through agreement on Sales teams and allocate resourcesSupport product group or sales development activities to improve sales and generate additional revenue.Maintain technical knowledge of the product line and the company's industry focus.Support sales opportunities and industry events with presentations of Autodesk portfolio and industry fitDevelop and execute on business plans and support team member business plans and initiatives.Participate in forecast calls, account planning, deal reviews, and leadershio meetings, either virtually or in person.Review and recommend sales quota alignment with sales compensation plan design to guide appropriate behavior and incentivization.Assess team learning and development requirements and define team training.Manage the operating budget.Manage monthly reporting of team results.Create a diverse and creative team/culture.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience working in the AEC technology industry in a technical capacity (preferably design or construction)Good understanding of SaaS technology, software sales, pre-salesprevious management experienceA passion for coaching, mentoring and enablement, and a mentality of striving for operational excellence and continuous improvementWilling to travelFluent in English and either Dutch, French, German or Spanish#LI-MM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
