Join us!Position OverviewThe Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is seeking a dynamic Learning Adoption Specialist to join the central Learning and Development team,. You will focus on increasing the adoption of employee-facing learning and development programs.You will report into the Senior Manager, Learning and Development and this role can by located in Ontario, Canada in a remote capacity.You will help promote the engagement of Autodesk employees with a portfolio of learning and development offerings and helping learners achieve their career goals. You will work with other Learning and Development members and will be develop strategies to increase awareness and adoption of our learning portfolio across different roles and geographies. You will organize the promotion of programs, gather and analyze engagement data, modify marketing collateral, and support multiple programs simultaneously. You will also collect and analyze feedback and help program owners improve the learning portfolio over time. This role is perfect for a marketer with a passion for people development.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and segment target audiences, including individual contributors in technical and business roles, managers, directors, and senior leaders, and tailor marketing strategies accordinglyDevelop comprehensive plans to promote our learning products, ensuring high adoptionDevelop strategic partnerships with people consultants, site leads, communication, and enablement teams to enhance learning product adoptionDevelop engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, internal media updates, videos, and webinars, to increase awareness of different programsFoster a sense of community among users through online forums, social media groups, and other engagement channels, providing valuable supportGather user feedback to identify program wins and opportunities for improvement and work with program owners to enhance the learning experience and improve the overall portfolioUtilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, learner satisfaction, and engagement metrics and adjust strategies if neededManage incentive programs to encourage partner and learner engagementMinimum QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business, Education, Human Resource Development, or a related field4+years of experience in a corporate environment in the technology sector4+ years of experience in growth marketing and marketing tools, including email marketing, Slack, website builders, SharePoint, marketing surveying, and research tools4+ years of experience with data analysis in Excel, PowerBI, or equivalentsThe Ideal CandidateEnjoys working collaboratively in a team environment and managing multiple partnersEnjoys generating innovative marketing ideasHas a passion for people development and a commitment to helping learners succeedEnjoys working in diverse teams in a global virtual environment#LI-RB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
