Job Requisition ID #24WD74934Position OverviewOur Global Revenue Operations team is growing worldwide - become a part of the Deal Development AMER team and support our Named Account Executives on complex sales opportunities from deal development to deal closure. If you have experience being an important enabler of deal formation and execution, increasing Sales efficiency, and can be an "organizational hub" during deal management, ensuring involvement and support from the right partners at the right time – then we would love to hear from you!You will report to the Director Deal Operations.Location: Denver #LI-Hybrid/RemoteResponsibilitiesYou will be the main contact, trusted advisor and deal advocate throughout the Research, Proposal, Deal Negotiation, Bid Management and Deal Closure phase of high touch deals for Named Accounts (although not limited to them)Establish the project plans with defined timelines. Guide the deal team in the creation of a supportable, rationale deal for both customer and AutodeskCollaborate with the extended team in Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Business Models, Order Fulfillment and OperationsBring non-standard business models, operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organization, and driving resolution of these issuesHave a "hands-on" approach to complex situations or escalations and with work teams to resolve and manage deal through appropriate approvals and ensure compliance throughout the processMinimum Qualifications5+ years' experience in a Deal desk role ideal. Sales support, sales operations or sales contracts specialist experience also relevantUniversity Degree or Higher Certificate in Business, Administration or similar academic studiesPrevious experience sales support or deal in roles requiring a strong- understanding of sales processes, revenue recognition including structuring of a deal, contract management and revenue forecastingInfluence the decision process in maximizing revenue and profit, customer satisfaction and sound business practicesProficiency using CRM and CPQ tools such as Salesforce.com and AnaplanTravel <10% occasional travel may be requiredBusiness fluency in English is a must, additional language requirements depending on Geo and assigned Sales teamPreferred QualificationsEnthusiastic team playerAnalytical and customer-focused, both internally and externallyExperience in the software / IT industry with SaaS / cloud technologies#LI-MK2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,400 and $145,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
