Job Requisition ID #24WD74756Position OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with manufacturing experience to play a role within our sales team, delivering the world's latest manufacturing technologies to our customers.We're looking for someone to engage with some of industry's most influential product design & manufacturing companies to implement modern methodologies and processes, related to the use and adoption of cloud-based tools.As a Technical Sales Specialist on the team, you will fill an important role in ensuring our most important prospects and customers have a high-quality sales experience. You will lead technical discussions with customers, articulating and demonstrating the benefits customers can gain from the use of Autodesk's cloud-based design, engineering, and manufacturing tools.You will report to the Technical Sales Manager for Fusion and support the Fusion Sales team based in Costa Rica selling to customers all over LATAM.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside Sales as the ultimate product expertThoroughly understand all aspects of Fusion to explain the technology to personas ranging from end-users to executivesManage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activitiesDevelop deep relationships with customers to increase adoption of FusionUnderstand important aspects of our customers' processes and be able to apply Autodesk technologies to improve themRepresent Autodesk and its leading customers through the delivery of presentations and demonstrationsDevelop and deliver product and industry enablement content to sales team members and external teamsEngage in Business development opportunities to fuel Fusion Growth in LATAMLeverage modern communication channels to communicate with customers and with the wider design and manufacturing communityDeliver feedback to marketing and product development to improve our offerings and strategyMinimum RequirementsFluent in Spanish & Brazilian PortugueseBackground in the manufacturing industryCustomer-facing or sales backgroundExperience with 3D CAM software…eg. Fusion, MasterCAM, Delcam, Espirit, HSM, or PowerMillExperience with 3D Design software… eg. Solidworks, Pro Engineer/Creo, NX, SimulationExperience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facingExperience using a CRM software systemExperience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business leaders, designers, engineers, and machinists. You'll need to be a great story-teller and effortlessly adapt your communication style depending on the audienceExperience balancing multiple sales opportunities and be at ease influencing teams without formal authoritySimplify complex technical and business concepts in easily understood terms4+ years of experience as an Application or Sales Engineer4+ years of experience using Fusion for CNC programmingField experience programming multi-axis CNC machining equipment with at least one of the following applications: Fusion, Inventor CAM, HSMWorks, Siemens NX#LI-HK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
